
Montego Bay’s skyline is being rewritten in steel and glass. Rising dramatically from the Reading Peninsula, The Pinnacle is more than just a housing project — it is an audacious architectural statement. Standing 28 storeys high, the first of four planned towers has already captured the imagination of buyers worldwide, with 65 per cent of its units secured by a mix of Jamaican Diaspora families and international investors.
Construction on Tower One, known as The Swallowtail, is well advanced. Twenty-three floors have already been raised, with completion projected for 2027/2028. By year’s end, significant framing on other sections of the US$450 million landmark development will be visible across Montego Bay’s horizon.
