A major residential development known as “The Pinnacle” is advancing on the Reading Peninsula along Bogue Road in Montego Bay, marking one of the most prominent high-rise construction projects currently underway on Jamaica’s north coast.
The project is situated within a coastal zone overlooking the Montego Bay Freeport area, with road access linking it to the city centre and to Sangster International Airport, located approximately 15 minutes away by car.
Multi-Tower Development Under Construction
The Pinnacle is understood to form part of a multi-tower residential scheme, with construction activity visible across several sections of the site. Early works have included extensive foundation preparation and reinforced structural frameworks, indicating a high-density build consistent with modern apartment developments.
