The term “Act of God” refers to a legal concept used to describe natural events that are unforeseen and unavoidable, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, or floods, which are beyond human control. In real estate, this term is crucial for defining the responsibilities and liabilities of parties involved in property transactions or construction projects.
