How to Reduce Vrbo Withholding Tax—or Avoid It by Listing on Jamaica Homes?

If no TIN is provided, any reduction of the 30% statutory withholding tax rate applicable to your U.S. This message from Vrbo refers to the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) required for tax purposes in the U.S.

  • What it means: If you receive payments from Vrbo that are considered U.S. source income, a 30% withholding tax applies by default.
