The Blue Mountains are a famous mountain range in Jamaica, and they’re special for many reasons. The highest point in Jamaica, Blue Mountain Peak, is located here, standing tall at 7,402 feet (2,255.8 meters). This makes it the highest mountain on the island! The mountains spread across three parishes: St. Andrew, St. Thomas, and Portland, and they are home to Jamaica’s very first National Park, which was established to protect this amazing natural place.
