“Jamaica’s landscapes—bustling Kingston streets, dramatic mountain roads, and sunlit river valleys—are some of the most breathtaking I’ve seen,” begins Dean Jones, standing on a ridge with the Blue Mountains rolling away in the distance. “But these same landscapes pose a challenge: how do you build beautiful, affordable homes without scarring the very scenery that makes this island so special?”
Jones believes the answer lies in embracing the island’s vibrant energy and thinking differently. “We don’t just want to build houses,” he says with conviction. “We’re creating communities that work with nature, not against it.”
