This conceptual residence is organised as a vertically stacked circular form, allowing the building to engage evenly with its surrounding landscape. The geometry establishes continuity and balance, reducing visual hierarchy while maximising perimeter exposure. Each level is wrapped with a continuous balcony, creating shaded outdoor circulation and uninterrupted spatial flow. Structural columns are rhythmically expressed, reinforcing the building’s symmetry and load clarity. Glazing is evenly distributed, encouraging cross-ventilation and maintaining constant visual connection to the palms and sky. The layered composition softens vertical scale, allowing the house to sit comfortably within dense planting. Material restraint and repetition give the architecture a calm, almost civic presence despite its domestic function. The result is a composed structure that privileges orientation, airflow, and spatial clarity over formal complexity.
