The tower is conceived as a vertical Caribbean landmark—a contemporary skyscraper that respects the horizontality of the sea while rising confidently from the shoreline. Its form is bold but restrained, using stacked, offset volumes to create visual rhythm, reduce apparent mass, and allow the building to breathe within a tropical coastal setting.
Rather than fighting the landscape, the tower frames the Caribbean—the ocean, the beach, and the hills—turning height into a viewing instrument rather than a blunt object.
