Commonhold tenure

Commonhold tenure is a form of property ownership where multiple individuals own separate units within a larger property or building while collectively owning and managing the shared common areas, such as corridors, gardens, or facilities. This structure is most commonly associated with apartments or condominium developments. Unlike leasehold, where ownership of the individual units is tied to a set lease period, commonhold offers freehold ownership, meaning the owner holds the unit indefinitely.
