The layout is designed to provide a sound buffer from the motorway, with the homes’ solid walls facing the road and the courtyards positioned in the center. The design emphasizes a sense of security and community. The courtyards are landscaped with native plants and include covered seating areas and a communal cooking space. The homes are built using a mix of concrete and recycled steel, ensuring durability and affordability.
