
Two contrasting architectural volumes stand side by side, forming a carefully balanced composition that gives the house both rhythm and identity. One volume is wrapped in textured concrete, presenting a quiet, grounded presence to the street, while the adjoining structure introduces a warm industrial note through the use of a rust-coloured steel-clad module that projects outward with deliberate confidence. The cantilevered steel volume forms a sheltered outdoor terrace beneath it, extending the living space outward while creating a layered façade that shifts throughout the day as light and shadow move across its surfaces. Large areas of glazing allow the interior to glow softly in the evening, revealing the house as a series of interconnected spaces rather than a single enclosed form.
