
The house is arranged as a calm architectural enclosure around a central garden court, where landscape and structure are carefully balanced to create a quiet internal world. Two linear wings frame the courtyard, their restrained concrete façades punctuated by large vertical windows that draw daylight deep into the interior rooms. The composition is deliberately symmetrical, allowing the central pathway to guide visitors through a landscaped forecourt toward the main entrance, which sits quietly at the heart of the plan. Along the ground floor, a series of glazed openings establish a direct relationship between the living spaces and the surrounding garden beds, allowing the architecture to feel both open and protected at the same time. The upper level repeats the rhythm of the ground floor but with slightly recessed openings that create subtle shading and depth across the façade.
