Ground was officially broken on January 20 for a large-scale residential development known as “The Pinnacle” in Montego Bay, marking the start of construction on one of the more prominent high-rise projects currently planned for Jamaica’s north coast.
The development, led by LCH Developments, is located in the Reading area on a coastal peninsula and is expected to include four residential towers rising up to 28 storeys. Project timelines outlined at the ceremony indicate construction will be carried out in phases over several years.
Project Scope and Features
According to information shared during the groundbreaking, the development is planned to include more than 500 apartment units, alongside a mix of supporting uses such as villas, recreational facilities, retail space, and dining areas.
