Gwaan: In Jamaican Patois, “gwaan” is an expression that means “go on,” “continue,” or “proceed.” It can be used to encourage someone to carry on with what they are doing or to give approval or permission. The term is often used in both casual and more serious contexts, depending on the situation. In the context of real estate, “gwaan” might be used when discussing a deal or property showing, signaling a sense of approval or urging someone to keep moving forward.
