A disciplined two-storey concrete volume is expressed through strong horizontal slabs that project decisively beyond the glazed façade. Continuous balcony lines reinforce the building’s linear character, while recessed ground-floor glazing creates a shaded transition between interior living spaces and garden terrace. The structural clarity of the reinforced concrete frame is softened by timber-lined interiors and integrated planting along the upper balcony edge. Proportion and overhang depth are calibrated to respond directly to tropical sun angles and seasonal rainfall. This is a conceptual study of restrained modernism adapted to a Jamaican suburban landscape.
