How is the pre-licensing course structured?
The pre-licensing course is divided into eight modules, each covering different aspects of real estate agency and the built environment. These modules include property law, planning and development, construction fundamentals, valuations, property inspection, marketing principles, contract law, and real estate agency practices. The course is currently offered in part-time cohorts (Monday to Thursday) and weekend cohorts (Saturday to Sunday).
