How Should I Handle a Situation Where Another Realtor in Jamaica Is Preventing Me from Showing a Listed Property to My Client?

If another agent in Jamaica is not allowing you to show a property they have listed, you should approach the situation with professionalism and follow these steps:

  1. Check the Terms of the Listing: Review the listing agreement or any Multiple Listing Service (MLS) regulations that may apply. In Jamaica, agents may be part of an MLS system, which usually has rules for cooperation between agents.
