How to Join The Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ)?

Joining the Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ) is a great way to grow your real estate career. The RAJ offers two membership types: REALTOR® and REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, each with specific requirements.

How to Join

For REALTORS®

1. Eligibility: You must be a licensed real estate dealer in Jamaica.

2. Application:

   • Download and complete the application form from the RAJ website.

   • Submit the relevent application form with the required documents.

3. Approval:

   • The Membership Committee will review your application and send it to the Board for approval.

   • Once approved, all agents working under you must also apply for membership.
