The term “Jamaican” encompasses the citizens of Jamaica and their descendants in the Jamaican diaspora, representing a diverse population rooted in the island’s rich history and cultural heritage. Jamaicans are predominantly of Sub-Saharan African descent, with significant contributions from Europeans, East Indians, Chinese, Middle Easterners, and individuals of mixed ancestry.
