Jamaica’s real estate market is entering a new phase of expansion and transformation, fuelled by major investment projects, shifting market strategies, and renewed attention to sustainable development. From large-scale resort developments to affordable housing initiatives, the sector is showing remarkable momentum as 2025 draws to a close.
Mega Projects Lead the Charge
Industry analysts have dubbed 2025 the start of Jamaica’s “investment super-cycle.” Two landmark developments are taking centre stage — the US $1 billion Harmony Cove resort community in Trelawny and The Pinnacle at Reading Peninsula in Montego Bay, valued at US $450 million. Both projects promise to redefine Jamaica’s tourism and luxury residential landscape, while attracting a new wave of international investors and hospitality brands.
The developments underscore Jamaica’s growing reputation as one of the Caribbean’s most attractive property markets for large-scale, mixed-use investment.
