LINEAR COAST TOWERS

This conceptual coastal development presents a disciplined high-rise typology aligned tightly to an urban beachfront corridor. Slender tower profiles are arranged to maximise sea views while reducing visual bulk when read from street level. Vertical glazing is balanced with recessed balconies, creating a façade rhythm that manages heat gain and wind exposure. The towers rise from compact podiums that reinforce street edges without overwhelming adjacent low-rise fabric. Roof-level setbacks and planted crowns soften the skyline and mitigate scale at the uppermost levels. The architectural expression is intentionally rectilinear, favouring clarity, repetition, and proportion over gesture. Infrastructure integration is evident, with vehicular movement, services, and pedestrian access resolved at ground plane. Density here is treated as orderly and infrastructural rather than iconic.
