“Nah jesta” is a popular Jamaican Patois phrase meaning “not joking” or “serious.” It is often used when someone wants to emphasize that they are being completely truthful, direct, or sincere about something. In the context of real estate, it might be used to communicate the seriousness of a potential transaction or offer.
