The architecture relies on clean structural lines and generous overhangs to moderate the tropical sun while maintaining transparency toward the horizon. Glass balustrades preserve visual continuity while reinforcing the villa’s restrained modern character. This is a conceptual exploration of contemporary coastal living shaped by climate, light, and open space.
