Outta is a Jamaican Patois word derived from “out of” in standard English. It is commonly used to refer to being outside or away from a particular place or situation. The word can also imply something that is no longer available or in a particular state. It is often used in various contexts, from describing a physical location to expressing a lack of something. For example, “Mi outta town” means “I am out of town,” while “Mi outta stock” refers to being out of stock or unavailable.

In the context of real estate, outta could be used when discussing properties or locations. If a client is looking for a property in a particular area and the agent needs to inform them that they are no longer available, they might say, “Dat property outta reach now,” indicating that the property is no longer accessible or available.
