Pre-Licensing Course

A Pre-Licensing Course is a required class that someone must take before they can become a licensed professional, such as a real estate agent. In Jamaica, if you want to work in real estate, you need to complete this course to learn the important rules and skills for the job. This includes things like understanding how property sales work, knowing the laws that protect buyers and sellers, and learning the ethics of the real estate business. Once you finish the course, you will take a test.
