Dormancy Policy Revoked:
Dealers acting as qualifying directors of a dealer company can now choose whether to apply for an individual license or put their license on dormancy for a particular year.
Supervising Dealer Eligibility:
The number of persons attached to a single dealer has been increased from two to four.
Supervising Dealers must meet certain criteria, including completing the Real Estate Supervisory Dealers Continuing Professional Development Course, holding a current dealer's license, having at least 3 years of practicing dealer experience, being fully compliant with legal filings, having no serious complaints, and meeting office requirements.
Real Estate Dealers Course:
A two-day course will be offered, with the first day for all dealers and the second day specifically for supervising dealers.
