Value: 250M Dean delivered a large-scale growth programme inclusive of £250m in new home openings and acquisitions. Dean developed a detailed programme of activities required at all stages of the new care homes openings from construction, commissioning and pre-handover, through to operational start and on to steady state 18 months post opening. Dean also agreed a KPI framework for measuring the performance of all new care home services, created a project management Blueprint and co-developed new home lunch manual and a Standard Operating Procedures Manual (SOP).
