Stakeholder engagement is all about talking to and working with the people who care about or will be affected by a project. In Jamaica, this means talking to local people, landowners, government workers, and other groups who might be impacted by what’s happening, like building a new road or house. It’s really important to listen to these people from the start, so you understand what they need, what they’re worried about, and what they expect.
