A contemporary multi-unit residential structure defined by deep horizontal slabs and recessed balconies that regulate light and privacy. Cylindrical columns express the structural rhythm of the façade while supporting generous cantilevered terraces overlooking the street. Floor-to-ceiling glazing introduces transparency at ground level, allowing interior spaces to connect visually with landscaped forecourts and arrival zones. The architecture prioritises clean geometry, durability, and controlled urban density. This conceptual study explores a refined residential typology suited to warm-climate cities.
