Jamaica Homes is like an online marketplace where you can find information about houses, apartments, or land that’s for sale or rent. It doesn’t actually sell or rent the properties—it just shows the listings, so you can look at them and find out more details. Think of it like a website where you can see all the options but can’t actually buy a property from the website directly.

A real estate agent is a person who helps people buy or sell property. They talk to buyers and sellers, help with the paperwork, and make sure everything goes smoothly in the process. So, if you wanted to buy a house, you’d call an agent to help you find the right one and guide you through all the steps.

A real estate broker is like an agent, but they have more responsibility. They can own their own business and hire other agents to work for them. Brokers handle more complex deals and make sure everything is done legally, but they can still help people buy or sell property, just like agents.
