∙ Paid

In the real estate industry, there isn’t a fixed standard commission rate, but it’s common for commissions to hover around 5%. At Jamaica Homes, we strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all our dealings. Our realtors work closely with clients to negotiate commissions that align with their needs and expectations. Additionally, it’s important to note that commissions are typically paid by the vendor and are subject to General Consumption Tax (GCT) of 16.5% (Subject to change).

For more information on commission rates and other inquiries, please feel free to contact our dedicated team of real estate professionals through our website or by emailing us at office@jamaica-homes.com.
